In contrast to the fraternities of the post-Westphalian past, which opposed the rationalized but coded Gnostic reception of the "ancient world" to the clericalism of the church and the subordinate clericalism of the state, these new ones will focus on confronting the essentially statist nomenclature, in which the current clericalism was dissolved and in relation to which it is shaded into the background.
Education and balanced social engineering will continue to be a positive agenda, but with adjustments for the new conditions of surplus, not deficit, knowledge - on the one hand, and total control to transparency - on the other. In many ways, in this regard, the existence of this networking will be supported not just by technology, by a certain specific attitude towards technology and manufacturability as such.
Of course, these new societies, presenting the necessary reception of the forms of civil cooperation within the framework of the given historical barriers, will be much more rational than the previous ones (which massively massified the very idea of civicism in the context of all the same archetypes and allusions), but they will also hardly be alien to certain romanticizations, mysteries and ominous halo. It is difficult to say what will become the rational agenda of these social groups, but it can be assumed that de re it will be a search for fundamental solutions to combine the old and new infrastructures and human presence on the planet.
These societies, expected soon to appear in the world, will most likely be local think tanks with a wide range of applied actions, aimed at expanding their influence and cooperation with each other. Their subject simply cannot but become the solution of problems that have become relevant since the second half of the XX century, but have not yet been resolved by a pool of national states, at the beginning of the XXI century demonstrating a tendency towards increasingly archaic, even precapitalist, management styles, and all the more reducing the prospects of being responsible for their decisions. Therefore, the role of those who will do this will logically be assumed by the broader human community in a different configuration.
The constructive project of the future will appear both on antithesis and on visionary work - just as it was previously inspired by the brotherhood of free masons. And the solution of problems within the framework of the agendas that is no longer under the dictates of the church, but of the state, of the human world system will be started according to old patterns with new features. And with an amendment to the fact that the levels of development of this community itself in general and its technologies in particular are quite high - with all the signs of the completion of the demographic cycle and economic recession. Actually, the answer to the key question of the latter - "what is needed" - can only be posed in alternative centers for the formation of new elites, which secret societies were almost always in conditions of almost all the ecumene being filled with the dominant establishment.
