Information asymmetry and partial controllability

Partial controllability is a way of institutionalizing risks in the context of information asymmetry and various eonic functions of the goal (motive, intention) of various participants in economic relations. This is what today is associated with the concept of networking, and for me – with the project dissociation of working groups, teams and communities. The beginning of the methodology of these things lies in the field of the corpus of intentional logic, including the "logic of meaning".

The use of chronic time in cosmological ontologies instead of aeonic (as is the case in Lanz's "methodical solipsism") leads to the idea of Leibniz's transcreation (as the basis for the chronicle understanding of the category of function by the latter), and to the understanding of time through "nows" J. Barbour. The inclusion of the aspect of aeonic time in ontology gives a virtualistic idea of the category of function, which is also close to the Cartesian "direction of the tip of the mind" to something, that is, attention or perception as a functions of the cogito, and hence the phenomenological intentional idea of the activation of perception: the aeonic function is not easy reproduction of something, but the creation of something new in spite of everything, being caused by a resonance sufficient and definite for the realization of a certain possibility.
